WAPA-BRUSSELS-BELGIUM, After GKN and Finmeccanica informed EU Commission about the joint venture for the manufacturing and marketing of Agusta-Westland helicopters, an announcement on EU Official Gazette "invites possible third to give an opinion". The commission will have to approve the joint venture within November 22 or it will set up an inquiry to be closed in four months.
