Cracks on the tail blades of Griffon helicopters

Halifax, Canada - This may be the reason of recent accident

12 out of the 98 tail sections tested after the fatal crash on July 18 have been found potentially dangerous. The military pilot and co-pilot of a Griffon CH-146 remained killed as they returned from a search and rescue mission while the other crew members were only injured.
