Singapore Airlines fired two of the three pilots involved in a crash in Taiwan two years ago that killed 83 of the 179 people on board. A third pilot remains employed by the company but has been grounded. Singapore Airlines' aircraft slammed into construction equipment parked on a partially closed runway parallel to the one it was supposed to be on at Taipei's Chiang Kai-shek International Airport....
