Shanghai Airlines ready to float on the Stock Exchange
Hong Kong, China - After Chinese regulatory commission gave its approval
According to Fan Hongxi, chairman at Shanghai Airlines, "the China Securities Regulatory Commission gave its nod to our initial public offering plan last month". The airline, which so far has not yet decided when to give way to the initial pubblic offering, aims to raise USD 120,8m from the operation that at the beginning will be opened only to Chinese investors.
