A400M: Portugal's giving up to delay Bundestag decision

For Dietrich Austermann, spokesman of Cdu/Csu party and member of the German parliament Budget commission, Portugal's choice to quit A400m European project "could likely have unforeseen consequences on German partecipation to the program as well", or at least, will delay Bundestag's decision up to after next autumn elections.
