Stockholm, Sweden - Scandinavian airline already holds 96,4% shares

Sas, Scandinavian Airlines System, announced it will acquire 100% stock of Norwegian airline Wideroe Flyveselskap. Sas already holds 96.4% shares and its offer to buy the 3.6% in circulation at a price of USD 147 will expire next June 21. (004)
