US airline revenues down 21% in April

Washington, Usa - The decline reflects the impact of the early Easter and Passover holidays this year.

US major airline system revenues (excluding Southwest) fell 21.4% in April compared to April 2001. The decline compares with a 20.5% drop in March, reflecting in large part the impact of the early Easter and Passover holidays this year.
