Washington, Usa - For a 66% reduction of their strategic nuclear arsenals
Usa and Russia reached yesterday an historic agreement on disarmament to reduce two thirds of their strategic nuclear arsenals. The deal, which is supposed to be signed within next Bush-Putin summit scheduled for the end of May, involves the reduction to be completed by 2012. (m/cesn)
