Emirates: net profit increase by 13.5%
Rome, Italy - Countertendency with respect to present air carrier's market
Emirates Group recorded a net profit of USD 164m in the last financial year ended March 31st 2002, an increase of 13.5% compared to the previous balance-sheet. Italian subsidiary recorded a similar positive trend: a net profit increase of 15% and its volume of traffic grew of 14% in terms of passengers. These data show a countertendency with respect to present air carriers' profits. (004)
