All Nippon Airways (ANA) is ready to create a holding company

Tokyo, Japan - To manage its subsidiaries

Japanese air carrier All Nippon Airways is ready to constitute a new holding firm to manage its subsidiaries operations and to unify Air Nippon and Air Japan under one brand. ANA plan, in which ANA will become the holding company for the whole group, aims to strenghten management as well as to improve on board safety and punctuality. (m/cesn)
