Nortrhop Grumman "refused" by TRW

According to defense electronic industry TRW sources, the shareholders have refused the Northrop Grumman offer to buy a consistent share of industry for 12,2 USDbn, launched in a public offer. The sources confirms that talks continue. (Gio/B)
