Northrop Grumman Corp., San Diego, is being awarded a $23,250,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification to provide for Global Hawk Engineering Manufacturing and Development Logistical Support Plus-Up. This will include integrated logistical support, which is the necessary support to field the Global Hawk system and development of user manuals. At this time, the $6,642,000 of funds has been obligated....
