SPANAIR BECOMES A NEW AIRBUS OPERATOR

MADRID, Spanair, joint venture between Teinver and SAS (Scandinavian Airline System) celebrated in Madrid the arrival of its first Airbus A321. It will replace MD-80 aircraft and it will enter service between Scandinavia and the Canary Islands. The Airbus is powered by V2500 engines from International Aero Engines.
