Smiths Aerospace will take care of the Airbus A-380s
Tolouse, France - By the supply of the landing gear deployment systems
European aeronautical manufacturer Airbus awarded Smiths Aerospace of a over USD 300 million worth contract for the supply of landing gear deployment systems to be employed on board of its A-380s. According to the agreement, Smiths Aerospace will deliver its first system by the third quarter of 2003. A-380, the Airbus produced-by air giant with a 555-seat capacity, is supposed to come into action...
