Embraer to delay the delivery of its EMB-170

Sao Polo, Brasil - To next first quarter of 2003

According to Mauricio Botelho, Embraer chairman and Ceo, intervened at the annual Istat (International Society of Transport Aircraft) meeting in Miami, delivery and certification of its aircraft Emb-170 will be "probably" post-poned to the first quarter of 2003. Emb-170 will be officially displayed at the next Farnborough Air Show, scheduled in July. For Botelho, Embraer will deliver 135 aircraft...
