Sardinia: Collision avoided

Olbia, Italy - Control tower to act promptly

Fear this morning at Olbia airport, Sardinia. The control tower stopped a Challenger from landing owing to a Corsair Boeing 737 postponed takeoff. This delay reduced the margin of safety for the air-taxi landing. No repercussions on airport traffic. (rdr)
