Middle East Airlines to buy 6 A-321

Paris, France - At USDm 70 each

Lebanese flag air carrier Middle East Airlines signed a letter of intents for the acquisition of 6 Airbus A-321. The aircraft, which cost USDm 70 each, will be delivered by 2004. The contract, as stated by an Airbus spokesman, has yet to be confirmed. A-321 has a 150 seats capacity and a range of 5550 km. (m/cesn)
