SAS cancels 13 links
Stockholm, Sweden - EURm 218.5 worth savings
The Swedish air carrier SAS announced that it will cancel 13 link as from autumn 2002. After this measure it is supposed to save EURm 218.5. However, 6 links out of 13 will be run by Braathens, Air Botnia, Spanair and Wideroee, all of them being held by SAS. The 7 remaining links are waiting to be offered. This measure includes a crew's salary cut and 100 ground crew redundancies (fra/pec)
