Trw rejected Northrop Grumman offer

Cleveland, Usa - It was "not satisfactory"

Trw, the Us industrial group, rejected today the agreement proposed by Northrop Grumman group about the acquisition of its shares. "Trw executive board decided the USD 53 per share offer made by Northrop Grumman to be not financially satisfactory", stated a Trw press release. Last Sunday Northrop already raised its offer per share from USD 47 to USD 53. (m/cesn)
