BELINO, A chunk of EADS, the syndicate gathering together Aerospatiale Matra, DaimlerCrysler Aerospace and Casa, the 34 %, will be offered to shareholders in a takeover bid taking place in the next weeks. EADS was officially born on the occasion of Berlin ILA 2000 exhibition.
