Strikes in Manchester airport announced by Unions

Manchester, Greta Britain - Under question wages of security personnel

Due to a dispute over security jobs and pay and conditions, the Transport and General Workers Union is preparing a series of strikes at UK Manchester Airport. There will be a two-hour walkout from 11pm tomorrow (Wednesday) and further stoppages will be held on Thursday and Saturday and the union is planning a 36-hour strike from March 22. (Gio/B)
