Boeing expects to armor cockpits

Seattle, USA - Modifications will affect 1620 aircraft

According to a Boeing Corporation release, there will be 1620 aircraft which will be provided with armored cockpit doors. Boeing said that this is the sole way to protect the aircraft against terroristic acts. (Gio/B)
