Antonov 26 crashes in Russia, 17 dead

Russia - The aircraft was performing an emergency landing

A Russian military Antonov-26 aircraft, crashed near the Lakhta airport, Arcangelo, during a emergency landing attempt. Aircraft took off from Safonovo airport near Murmansk with about 20 people on board. 17 of them died the other has been heavily injured. Russian defense ministry opened an inquiry on the accident.
