If Germany will fail to earmark other EURbn 3,5 next autumn, Rudolf Scharping, German Defence minister, confirmed his parliament will be ready to reimburse other A400M European partners. According to the opposition, which immediately took distance from Mr. Scharping assertions, there's no way someone could commit in such a way when actual Bundestag could likely be no more in charge since next September...
