GREAT BRITAIN, While many airlines are struggling to cut costs, a new carrier is set to make its debut in the UK. Astraeus, a holiday carrier with five Boeing 737 aircrafts, hopes to launch in March, according to its spokesman. The team behind it, many of them coming from CityFlyer Express, see the current downturn as an opportunity.
