VENEZUELA COULD BUY RUSSIAN HELICOPTERS
MOSCOW, "We are closely evaluating the possibility of acquiring Russian helicopters", Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced. Russia and Venezuela have signed a bilateral military agreement earlier this year and they are planning to increase cooperation. The two countries are also studying a possible joint space satellite program.
