PLANE CRASH IN COLOMBIA, 16 KILLED
BOGOTA, A small Czech-made Let-410 Turboprop belonging to Colombia's Heliandes airline crashed yesterday shortly after takeoff from Medellin airport, in Colombia. The plane, with 14 passengers and two crew members on board, was heading to Quibdo, the capital of northern Choco state. No survivors were reported, local authorities said. The incident was probably due to the bad weather.
