QANTAS TO REINSTATE SYDNEY-NEW YORK SERVICE
AUSTRALIA, Australian Qantas announced it is to resume its Sydney-New York route beginning from February 2002. The service was suspended due to the dropping demand following the terrorist attacks in Usa. The airline is to fly to New York three times a week at least. Qantas is also considering resuming regular flights to Hong Kong, Paris, Rome, Frankfurt, starting from March next year.
