RUSSIAN GENERAL ADMITS THAT COUNTRY'S SKY IS NOT UNDER CONTROL ANYMORE

MOSCOW, The russian general Alexander Shramchenko, chief of russian Radar Forces, in an interview, said that due to the obsolescence of ex-soviet weapons, the country is facing serious problems with controlling its air space. The lack of funds would not allow Russia to update its technology.
