LOCKHEED MARTIN AWARDED A OVER 1,1 USDBN CONTRACT
USA, Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $1,115,000,000 contract to provide for reliability enhancement and reengining, systems development and demonstration in support of the C-5 aircraft. This work will be complete June 2008. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
