QANTAS MAINTENANCE WORKERS WALK OFF
AUSTRALIA, After two days of unfruictful talks between Australian Workers Union (AWU) and Qantas, over 600 maintenance workers for the airline walked off the job yesterday over a proposed wage freeze. Qantas employs about 5800 maintenance workers.
