ALENIA MARCONI SYSTEMS BUYS ASII

ROME, ITALY, The paritetic Italian British joint venture Alenia Marconi System, born between Finmeccanica and Bae Systems, has completed acquisition of U.S Airport System International Incorporated (ASII) industry, specialized in flight assistance devices for airports. This brings Alenia Marconi Systems in an increase of its presence in this aviation sector.
