AMERICAN AIRLINES' LOAD FACTOR DOWN IN OCT.

FORTH WORTH, American Airlines said its load factor declined 10,3% in October. The systemwide traffic fell 27,9% while capacity went down 15,4%. The number of passengers declined 25,1% from October 2001.
