CONTINENTAL'S LOAD FACTOR DOWN IN OCTOBER

HOUSTON, Continental Airlines said yesterday that its October load factor declined 4,9% year to year. Revenues fell about 24%. Traffic decreased 22,8% and capacity went down 17,1% in the wake of the decline in air travel demand after the Sept. 11 attacks.
