AEA: NORTH ATLANTIC TRAFFIC DOWN 36% AFTER ATTACKS IN USA
LONDON, Association of European Airlines (AEA), which represents 29 carriers, reported yesterday that North Atlantic traffic from Sept 10 to Oct 14 was down 36% on the same period last year. Number of passengers in Europe fell 9,6% and traffic on Far Eastern routes was down 14.8%. Overall load factors declined 6,6 in Sept.
