AMR CEO: THIRD QUARTER RESULTS WON'T BE PRETTY

CHICAGO, Donald Carty, ceo for AMR, parent of American Airlines, told the company's employees that financial third quarter results "won't be pretty". "Unfortunately, nor will the fourth quarter", he added, pointing out that the company is going through "very, very rough months ahead".
