BANGKOK AIRWAYS TO EYE CHINA MARKET

BANGKOK, Bangkok Airways (BA) is to launch a new direct flight between Bangkok and Jinghong, in China. The carrier's president, Prasert Prasarthong-osoth, said the new route would be the first step in expanding the airline's business in the Chinese market. The airline is also planning a new direct flight to Xian in the next months.
