AEROFLOT TO RAISE FARES

MOSCOW, Aeroflot this week introduced a new $5 surcharge that will be used to beef up security measures after the terrorist attacks in Usa. In addition, the carrier would lower commissions for travel agents beginning next month. Aeroflot reported a 15% rise in passengers traffic in September over the same period last year.
