MALAYSIA TO LAUNCH EIGHT SATELLITES

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia would launch eight small satellites soon, the Bernama news agency reported. They will be used for earth observation and digital communications. "To ensure that these satellites benefit us fully, we will place them in orbit near the equator", said Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
