LUFTHANSA EYES VOLARE GROUP

MILAN, Swissair Group has decided to sell its 49,8% stake in the italian carrier Volare group. German Lufthansa would be interested in acquiring the stake, reported italian financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. Lufthansa already carries on a minority interest and a codeshare agreement in two other italian airlines, Air One and Air Dolomiti.
