AMERICAN AIRLINES TRAFFIC DROPS IN SEPT.
FORTH WORTH, Officials for the American Airlines said the carrier's traffic went down by a third in September, from the same period in 2000. Load factor dropped by almost 10%, to 59,6%. International traffic declined 29,3%, domestic traffic decreased by 36%.
