STRICTER INSPECTIONS OVER CATERING SERVICES

ROME, Stricter inspections over food cleanliness, nutrional sticky labels inside the food plants. Italy falls into line with european regolations with a decree of minister of Health emenated last August 8. The program is aimed at inspections of butcher's, food transport structures, catering services. Will it be a way to improve the quality of food used on aircrafts too?
