LOT TRIPLES NET LOSS IN 1H
POLAND, Polish LOT has tripled net loss over the same period last year to $59,1 million, owing to a 22% increase of operating costs. Passenger traffic rose 19% to 1,5 million. The airline announced that it will reduce "by several hundreds" its workforce early next year to slash operating costs 20%.
