AEROFLOT SHAREHOLDERS ELECT NEW BOARD

MOSCOW, Aeroflot's shareholders elected the new board of directors today during an extraordinary meeting called by Carrol Trading, which holds a 10% stake in the airline. The government, which owns 51.17% of the airline, secured five seats on the board.
