CIVILIAN HELICOPTER CRASHES IN TAIWAN
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, A civilian Bell 206 helicopter crashed in central Taiwan this morning, killing the pilot and a passenger. The chopper was cleaning a utility company's tower in Taichung, the island's third-largest city. The helicopter hit a power line before crashing in a farm field.
