SINGAPORE AIRLINES DROPS AIR INDIA BID

SINGAPORE, Singapore Airlines has decided to withdraw the offer to acquire Air India, a news agency reported. Singapore Airlines said the conditions for the privatization are actually uncomfortable because of the hostily showed by the indian government. Tata Group, Singapore Airlines' indian subsidiary, is therefore the only current bidder running to acquire and privatize the airline.
