FIRE-BALLOON AGAINST HIGH-VOLTAGE LINE: SIX DIED
SAVOY, FRANCE, Six people, including a children, died when a fire-balloon touched during landing a high-voltage line in the French region of Savoy. The balloon caught fire and the explosion of liquid gas bottles used to generate hot air followed at once. This is one of the heavy tragedies occurred to fire-baloons considered very safe aircrafts.
