GENERAL ELECTRIC WILL APPEAL TO EU FOR HONEYWELL MERGING

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, According to declarations of a General Electric spokesman, the company is preparing the petition against the negative decision of the European Union on the expected merger with Honeywell. According New York Times newspaper, instead, this petition would influence only the sentence which declare that General Electric has a dominant position in the aerospace industry.
