AOM-AIR LIBERTE: COMMERCIAL COURT OF CRETEIL RULES IN FAVOR OF HOLCO BID

FRANCE, The Commercial Court of Creteil in France ruled in favor of the Holco bid, led by Air France pilot Jean-Charles Corbet and backed by Canadian bank CIBC, for AOM Air Liberte. Up to 3600 of the airline's 5500 employees will have a future in the airline and Swissair will inject $329 million into the company.
