SAS WILL APPEAL AGAINST EU FINES
STOCKOLM, SWEDEN, According to declaration of Scandinavian airline Sas, it will appeal against the fine of about 40 USDm from the European Union, for have signed a secret agreement with Danish transport company Maersk, fined 13 USDm, to keep out competitors from the Copenhagen-Stocholm transport route, thus violating EU settlements for competition.
